Principal Accountant
Lindsey Elwell (née Hall) trained as an accountant in 1976 with a large firm of chartered accountants in Birmingham, England.
Between 1991 and 2006, she ran her own practice - a family business specialising in small business accountancy and taxation services.
In 2007 Lindsey moved to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands to work for a Spanish asesoria, broadening her experience in Spanish tax and administration. In March 2010 she joined director Mark Elwell in developing our business as it is today. She speaks English and Spanish.

Rosy Solar
Translator & Interpreter
After working in Fuerteventura for over 30 years, Rosy started doing paperwork and translations for non-residents in 2004. Later she increased her experience working for a lawyer for 4 years prior to joining Elwell Associates Ltd in 2017. Rosy is fluent in Spanish and English.

Lindsey, originally from Birmingham, England, is our principal accountant and tax consultant with over 45 years UK tax experience and 15 years with Spanish Property Tax. She speaks English and Spanish.
Sergio Solar
Accountant & Administrator
Sergio has lived and worked in Fuerteventura for over 30 years, gaining vast experience in tourism and related administration and accountancy. Since 2017, his role within our company has been looking after clients with rental; properties, dealing with quarterly accounts, taxes, and tourist license applications. He is fluent in Spanish and English
